My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While it boasts an amazing central location that’s perfect for exploring Naples, the room I initially stayed in was disappointing and noisy, especially with kids playing outside. The service was lacking, with unresponsive staff during issues. However, the new room was certainly better, featuring unique art. The breakfast was delightful with a great selection. Overall, it has its charm but requires improvements in noise control and customer service.

My stay at this hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location in Galleria Umberto is a gem, surrounded by charm and history, and the rooms were quite spacious and artistic. The staff was mostly friendly and eager to help. However, the noise from kids playing late into the night was frustrating, and the bathroom facilities in my original room were subpar, which definitely took away from the experience. Overall, while the hotel has potential, it needs to address some serious issues to live up to its claims of luxury.
